Director. Born in Santander in 1949.
In 1969 founded the group "La fabrica de cine de Santander". He collaborated in the shooting of several alternative films, non-professional collective works.
He lives in Barcelona since 1972. Studied cinema and photography at EMAV School, and cinema direction at Institut del Teatre.
From 1975 to 1985 collaborated with the Spanish National Film Library in Barcelona and with the Catalonia National Film Library.
Cinema critic for several magazines: Destino, Film Guia, La mirada, etc.
Author of two books of short stories: “Diversas filmaciones”, 1972, “La cosa de Nueva York”, 1985.
Teacher of scriptwriting and direction at the International Writer's Circle of Cadaqués and the CECC (Cinematography's Catalan Centre).
Several masters about cinematography and actor's direction at Funchal University (Madeira) and Ramon Llull University (Barcelona).
He also directed several ads and corporative movies.
